| 摘 要： | 目的观察坎地沙坦联合小剂量美托洛尔治疗收缩性心力衰竭(CHF)的疗效和对左室舒张末期内径及左室射血分数的影响。方法 120例CHF患者随机分为试验组和对照组,各60例。对照组,应用常规药物(利尿剂、扩血管药物及洋地黄)治疗;治疗组,在对照组治疗基础上,加用坎地沙坦4 mg.d-1,1天1次和美托洛尔12.5 mg,每日2次。均服用48周,尔后观察比较2组临床疗效、左室舒张末期内径(LVEDd)及左室射血分数(LVEF)的变化。结果试验组临床总有效率明显优于对照组(P<0.05);与对照组比较,试验组LVEDd明显下降(P<0.05),LVEF明显增高(P<0.05)。结论坎地沙坦联合小剂量美托洛尔治疗CHF临床疗效明显。
