| 摘 要： | 目的探讨口服降糖药联合甘精胰岛素治疗门诊2型糖尿病的临床疗效和安全性。方法 78例门诊确诊2型糖尿病患者随机分为治疗组和对照组各39例,其中治疗组口服降糖药联合甘精胰岛素治疗,对照组仅常规给予口服降糖药物治疗,观察比较两组的血糖控制情况和低血糖情况等。结果两组治疗后2周后FPG、2hPG及HbA1C水平较治疗前比较明显下降,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）,且治疗组较对照组下降明显。两组分别治疗4周、8周时,两组患者的FPG、2hPG和HbA1C水平均达标。且治疗组发生低血糖的例数明显低于对照组,且治疗费用少于对照组,血糖达标时间用时也少于对照组,经统计学分析,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论口服降糖药联合甘精胰岛素治疗门诊2型糖尿病疗效确切,可以较好地控制血糖水平,降低低血糖的发生率,治疗费用少,血糖达标时间快,值得广泛推广和应用。
