| 摘 要： | 目的建立高效液相色谱法测定盐酸赛庚啶片中盐酸赛庚啶含量的方法。方一法采用AgilentXDB．C18色谱柱，甲醇．庚烷磺酸钠溶液[取庚烷磺酸钠0．5g加水溶解稀释至1000mL，用磷酸（1→3）调节pH至3．0]（66：34）为流动相，柱温：16℃，检测波长为226nm。流速1．0mL·min-1。结果盐酸赛庚啶在4．84～120．90mg·L-1。范围内与峰面积呈良好的线形关系（r=0．9999），平均回收率为99．5％．RSD=0．76％（n=6）。结论本方法简便、准确、重现性好，可用于该制剂的质量控制。

| Abstract: | OBJECTIVE The determination of the content of cyproheptadine hydrochloride in cyproheptadine hydrochloride tablets was established by HPLC.METHODS A Agilent XDB-C18 chromatographic column was used with methanol-sodium heptanesulfonate solution(containing 0.5g·L-1 of sodium heptanesulfonate adjusted pH to 3.0 with dilute phosphoric acid)(66:34) as mobile phase at 16℃.The detecting wavelength was 226nm.The flow rate was 1.0mL·min-1.RESULTS The linear range was 4.84~120.90mg·L-1(r=0.9999).The average recovery was 99.5%,RSD=0.76%(n=6).CONCLUSION The metnod is simple,accurate and reproducible.It can be used in the quality control of this preparation. |
