| 摘 要： | 目的对浙江地区流通的6种不同产地乌药商品进行性状显微鉴别。方法采用性状鉴定、显微鉴别方法。结果 6种不同产地乌药药材在粉末特征中存在较明显的区别。其中浙江天台乌药与广西乌药,在淀粉粒、木纤维、韧皮纤维、油细胞、射线细胞、导管类型较相近,但两者又有区别,即广西乌药中可见少量石细胞,而浙江天台乌药中未发现有石细胞存在;浙江天台乌药与江西乌药含油细胞相对较多,而四川乌药中所含油细胞相对较少;另外,湖南乌药中偶见分隔纤维,江西乌药中偶见梯纹导管。结论不同产地乌药的显微特征可以作为鉴别乌药产地的一个依据,应加强对不同产地的中药材的划分和鉴定。 |
