北柴胡地上地下部位挥发油类成分的比较研究

摘    要:目的研究比较北柴胡地上部分与地下部分挥发油类成分。方法水蒸气蒸馏法提取北柴胡地上与地下部分挥发油,采用气相色谱-质谱联用(GC-MS)技术,分析、鉴定挥发油的化学成分。结果从提取的北柴胡地上部分挥发油中鉴定出25个化合物,地下部分鉴定出14个化合物。结论北柴胡地上部分与地下部分的挥发油类成分组成差异较大。
