| 摘 要： | 目的研究比较北柴胡地上部分与地下部分挥发油类成分。方法水蒸气蒸馏法提取北柴胡地上与地下部分挥发油,采用气相色谱-质谱联用（GC-MS）技术,分析、鉴定挥发油的化学成分。结果从提取的北柴胡地上部分挥发油中鉴定出25个化合物,地下部分鉴定出14个化合物。结论北柴胡地上部分与地下部分的挥发油类成分组成差异较大。

| Abstract: | OBJECTIVE To compare the chemical components of essential oil from aerial part and root of Bupleurum chinese DC.METHODS Water vapor distillation was used to extract the volatile oil from the aerial parts and roots of B.chinense,GC-MS was used to analyze and identify the chemical components of the volatile oil.RESULTS 25 compounds were identified from the volatile oil which was extracted from the aerial parts of B.chinense and 14 compounds from its roots CONCLUSION The main chemical components of the volatil... |
