| Abstract: | Objective To establish a HPLC-ELSD method for the determination of diclofenac sodium in self- emulsifying sustained-release tablets. Methods HPLC was performed on the column of TC-C18 （4. 6 mm × 250 mm,5μm）. The mobile phase was methanol-0.12% glacial acetic acid （20：80） , and the flow rate was 1.0 mL · min ^- 1. Drift tube temperature was 40 ℃ , the gas flow was 2. 4 L · min ^- 1, and the gain was 1. The injection volume was 20 μL. Results The calibration curve of diclofenae sodium was linear in the range of 0. 295 -4.13 μg, r =0. 999 8. The average recovery ratio was 100.34% with the RSD value of 2.41% （n =6 ） . The average content of diclofenac sodium in self-emulsifying sustained-release tablets was 25.30 mgin each tablet. Conclusion The method can be used for the determination of diclofenac sodium in self-emulsifying sustained-release tablets. |
