正交试验优选小儿退热栓的提取工艺研究

摘    要:目的对小儿退热栓的渗漉提取工艺进行优化。方法用乙醇作溶剂渗漉提取处方中大黄的活性成分,按正交表L9(34)安排试验,以大黄总蒽醌含量为指标,考察影响乙醇渗漉效率4个因素:浸泡时间、乙醇浓度、乙醇体积及渗漉流速。结果大黄总蒽醌醇渗漉提取的最佳工艺为:浸泡48h后用12倍量的70%乙醇以1.5mL.min-1的流速渗漉提取。结论本法能最大限度地提取处方中大黄的有效成分,可为小儿退热栓的工业化生产提供理论依据。
