| 摘 要： | 姜黄素具有抗肿瘤、抗炎、抗氧化、抗抑郁和抑制组织因子等多种药理作用.本文综述了近几年姜黄素衍生物药理活性的研究现状,论述了姜黄素及其衍生物的结构与其抗氧化、抗炎和抗肿瘤的药理作用的关系,为姜黄素的开发利用提供基础.

| Abstract: | Curcumin has anti-tumor,anti-inflammatory,anti-oxidant,anti-depressant,inhibition of tissue factor and other pharmacological activities.This article reviews the pharmacological activities of curcumin analogues in recent years,the relationship between the structure and the anti-oxidation,anti-inflammatory and anti-cancer pharmacological activities of curcumin analogues were summarized,provide the basis for the development and utilization of curcumin. |
