| Abstract: | Objective To establish a method for the determination of paeoniflorin and licorice glycoside in Weiling granules by HPLC.Methods The determination was carried out on a Hypersil ODS2（5 μm,4.6 mm×200 mm） column with a mobile phase of acetonitrile-0.1% phosphoric acid solution（14∶86）.The detective wavelength was set at 237 nm and the flow rate was 1.0 mL·min^-1.Results The linear range of paeoniflorin and licorice were 0.114 0-0.570 0 μg（r=0.999 3）and 0.211 4-1.057 0 μg（r=0.999 5）.The average recovery rations of paeoniflorin and licorice were 98.6% and 98.2%,RSD were 0.7% and 1.1%.Conclusion This method is simple,accurate and reproducible,suitable for quality control of the drug. |
