摘    要:目的建立半夏中鸟苷的含量测定方法。方法采用高效液相色谱法,色谱柱为Agilent Zorbax SB-C18(4.6×250mm,5μm),流动相为甲醇:0.01%醋酸(3∶97);检测波长254nm;流速为1.0mL.min-1。结果本法精密度高,稳定性好,鸟苷溶液在0.00411~0.0411mg.mL-1的浓度范围内具有良好的线性关系(r=0.9998),平均加样回收率为103.26%,RSD%为2.46(n=6)。结论本方法简便,准确,重现性好,可作为半夏的含量测定方法。

Abstract:OBJECTIVE To establish a method for determination of in Pinellia ternate Breit.METHODS Using a HPLC method with Agilent Zorbax SB-C18(4.6×250mm,5μm) column;the mobile phase was methanol 0.01% ethanoic acid(3∶97);the detection wavelength was set at 254nm;flowrate was 1.0mL·min-1;The precision and stability were fine1the linean range within 0.00411~0.0411mg·mL-1,r=0.9998.The average rocoveries of dihydromyricetine(n=6) was 103.26% with RSD 2.46%.CONCLUSION The method was simple,accurate and reproducible,and can be used to determine theGuanosine in Pinellia ternate Breit.
