| 摘 要： | 目的 采用气相色谱法测定头孢匹罗中有机溶剂残留量.方法 用HP-FFAP毛细管色谱柱,FID检测器,正丁醇为内标进行测定.结果 有机溶剂实现基线分离且线性关系良好,回收率均得到满意结果.结论 经实验方法学验证,该方法灵敏、准确,适用于原料药中有机溶剂残留量的测定.

| Abstract: | OBJECTIVE A gas chromatography method was established to determine the residual organic solvent in cefipirome.METHODS The samples were injected into HP-FFAP capillary column and analysed with FID detector using n-Butyl alcohol as the interal standard.RESULTS the line range and recoveries for organic solvents were satisfied.CONCLUSION the method was proved to be accurate,sensitive and reliable.It is quite suitable to be used in the analysis of the organic residual solvents in bullk pharmaceuticals. |
