| 摘 要： | 目的观察马来酸曲美布汀与枯草杆菌二联活菌肠溶胶囊联合对肠易激综合症的疗效及对血清白细胞介素-6(IL-6)的影响。方法收集162例肠易激综合症的患者,依入院顺序,分为观察组与对照组(均81例),对照组口服枯草杆菌二联活菌肠溶胶囊(500 mg,每日3次);观察组口服马来酸曲美布汀(0.1 g)联合枯草杆菌二联活菌肠溶胶囊(500 mg),每日3次,疗程均8周,比较2组疗效及对IL-6的影响。结果治疗后,观察组总有效率明显高于对照组患者;2组IL-6均下降,但是观察组的下降值更明显。结论马来酸曲美布汀联合枯草杆菌二联活菌肠溶胶囊治疗肠易激综合症的效果明显,并能有效调节IL-6的含量。
