| 摘 要： | 目的观察血必净注射液对重症急性胰腺炎(SAP)的血清白介素(IL)-10、IL-15及IL-18的影响。方法用信封法将50例SAP患者随机分为治疗组和对照组;对照组仅用西医综合治疗,治疗组在西医综合治疗基础上,加用血必净注射液。治疗前及治疗后1,4,7 d,检测2组患者IL-10、IL-15及IL-18水平,并评价2组C反应蛋白(CRP)、血尿淀粉酶、腹痛缓解时间和平均住院时间。结果治疗1周时,治疗组患者的CRP较对照组明显降低(P<0.05);血尿淀粉酶接近正常;腹痛缓解时间及平均住院时间较对照组明显缩短(P<0.05)。治疗前及治疗后1 d,2组患者IL-10、IL-15及IL-18水平差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);但治疗后4,7 d,治疗组患者血清IL-15、IL-18水平较对照组患者显著下降(P<0.01);而IL-10水平较对照组患者显著升高(P<0.01)。结论血必净注射液能抑制IL-15、IL-18分泌,上调IL-10水平,对SAP具有良好的疗效。
