| 摘 要： | 目的糖尿病即为中医的消渴病，对人类身心健康构成了严重的威胁。尽管西药对糖尿病具有较好的降血糖作用，然而存在着各种的毒副作用。中药在中医理论的指导下，治疗糖尿病及其并发症已有2000年的历史。随着天然药物化学和现代医学的发展，大量的天然活性化合物被分离出来，并通过各种机制作用于糖尿病。因此，本文主要对近期报道的治疗糖尿病的天然活性化合物进行了综述．包括了黄酮、生物碱、萜类、蒽醌类等。目的在于引起人们对天然化合物治疗糖尿病及其并发症的关注。
