人参皂甙Rg1对SHR大鼠血清单胺类神经递质的影响

摘    要:目的观察人参皂甙Rg1对注意缺陷多动障碍(ADHD)动物模型自发性高血压大鼠(sHR)血清单胺类神经递质的影响。方法24只SHR大鼠随机分为模型对照组、盐酸哌甲酯控释剂组和人参皂甙Rg1组,8只WKY大鼠为正常对照组。给药14天后.测定血清中多巴胺(DA)、去甲肾上腺素(NE)和5-羟gN(5-HT)的含量。结果模型组与正常对照组比较,血清中多巴胺、去甲肾上腺素和5-羟色胺的含量显著降低;盐酸哌甲酯控释剂组与模型组比较,血清中多巴胺、去甲肾上腺素和5-控色胺的含量显著升高;人参皂甙Rg1组与模型组比较,血清多巴胺和5.羟色胺的含量显著升高,去甲肾上腺素的含量无显著性差异。结论人参皂甙Rg1有调节ADHD单胺类神经递质的作用。

Abstract:OBJECTIVE To investigate effects of ginsenosides Rg1 on monoamine neurotransmitter in serum of the SHR rats.METHODS SHR rats were randomized into model group,methylphenidate hydrochloride controlled-release tablets group,ginsenosides Rg1 group and WKY rats were control group.The rats received gastric gavage of corresponding drugs according to the experimental design for 14 days.HPLC was used to detecte the contents of DA、NE and 5-HT in serum after treatment.RESULTS The contents of DA、NE and 5-HT in serum in rats of model group were significantly lower than those of control group.The contents of DA、NE and 5-HT in serum in rats of methylphenidate hydrochloride controlled-release tablets group were significantly higher than those of model group.The contents of DA and 5-HT in serum in rats of ginsenosides Rg1 group were significantly higher than those of model group,but the content of NE in serum was not significant.CONCLUSION Ginsenosides Rg1 has a certain regulatory effect on monoamine neurotransmitter in SHR rats.
