CK20、HMGB1蛋白在宫颈鳞癌组织中的表达水平及临床意义

摘    要:目的 探讨细胞角蛋白20(CK20)、高迁移率族蛋白B1(HMGB1)在宫颈鳞癌组织中的表达水平及临床意义.方法通过免疫组化法测定67例宫颈鳞癌组织(观察组)、50例正常宫颈组织(对照组)CK20、HMGB1蛋白表达,并分析CK20、HMGB1表达与宫颈鳞癌临床病理特征的关系.结果 观察组CK20、HMGB1阳性表达率分别为62.69%、59.70%,均显著高于对照组的2.00%、0.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).II期患者CK20、HMGB1阳性表达率分别为76.92%、71.79%,显著高于I期的42.86%、42.86%(P<0.05);淋巴结转移患者CK20、HMGB1阳性表达率分别为100.00%、90.00%,显著高于非淋巴结转移的56.14%、54.39%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).不同年龄、分化程度患者CK20、HMGB1阳性表达率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05).结论 CK20、HMGB1在宫颈鳞癌组织中高表达,且CK20、HMGB1与宫颈鳞癌临床分期、淋巴结转移密切相关.

Abstract:Objective To explore expression levels and clinical significance of cytokeratin 20 (CK20) and high mobility group protein B1 (HMGB1) protein in cervical squamous cell carcinomas.Methods Immunohistochemical method was used to determine the expressionlevels of CK20 and HMGB1 proteinsin 67 cervical squamous cell carcinoma samples (the observation group) and 50 normal cervical samples(the control group).Relationship between CK20, HMGB1 expression and the cervix clinical pathologic features of squamous carcinoma was analyzed.Results Positive expression rates of CK20 and HMGB1 in the observation group were 62.69% and 59.70% respectively, which were significantly higher than control group (2.00%, 0.00%) (P<0.05).Positive expression rates of CK20, HMGB1 in patients under II stage were 76.92% and 71.79% respectively, which were significantly higher than I stage group(42.86%, 42.86%) (P<0.05);positive expression rates of lymphatic metastasis patients were 100.00% and90.00%, which were significantly higher than non-lymphatic metastasis patients (56.14%, 54.39%) (P<0.05).There was no significant difference in positive expression rates of CK20 and HMGB1 in patients with different ages and degrees of differentiation (P>0.05).Conclusion CK20 and HMGB1 are highly expressed in cervical squamous cell carcinomas, and are closely related with clinical stage and lymphatic metastasis of squamous carcinoma of the cervix.
