亚急性甲状腺炎患者采取中药内服外敷结合传统西医疗法的治疗体会

目的 探讨亚急性甲状腺炎患者中西医结合的治疗方法.方法 将我院2015年12月至2016年12月期间收治的亚急性甲状腺炎患者,分为单纯西医治疗组和中西医结合治疗组2组.单纯西医治疗组患者采取西医的治疗方法,中西医结合治疗组患者在此基础上,增加中药内服和外敷的治疗环节.结果 从患者症状改善情况和治疗效果2方面评价,中西医结合治疗组患者均取得更为理想的效果,2组比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 在亚急性甲状腺炎患者的治疗方面,在传统西医疗法基础上,进行中药内服和外敷治疗,效果显著.

Subacute Thyroiditis Patients Taking Traditional Chinese MedicineTreatment of Traditional Chinese Medicine Combination Therapy

Objective To explore the optimal therapeutic strategy of patients with subacute thyroiditis.Methods Patients subacute thyroiditis from Hongqi Affiliated Hospital of Mudanjiang Medical University were divided into control group and observation group.The control group were given nontraditional medicine, and patients in the observation group were given both nontraditional Chinese medicine and traditional Chinese medicine (oral and topical).Results The therapeutic effect was evaluated according to the improvement of symptoms and treatment effect and the data showed that the treatment group had a better effect.The difference between two groups was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion Combined treatment of nontraditional medicine and traditional Chinese medicine might have more significant effect to patients with subacute thyroiditis than only nontraditional medicine.
