漯河市双龙社区高血压综合防治经验探讨及效果评价

目的探讨高血压社区内综合防治对高血压发病的影响及效果。方法对3年来我区高血压患者386名随机分成干预组和对照组，在干预组进行危险因素调查、干预和社区内治疗。结果综合干预组高血压患者危险因素认识率、自我控制率明显提高，因高血压所致住院病人数明显降低，健康指标明显改善，差异具有显著性。结论（1）高血压危险因素的有效干预及社区内防治对其发病具有重要影响；（2）可以有效节约卫生资源；（3）可以明显提高高血压患者的生存质量，减少并发症的发生。

Approach and Appraisal of Hypertension-Community Prevention and Cure Experience of LuoHe ShuangLong Community
