小腿外侧皮瓣修复跟骨骨折皮肤坏死疗效分析

目的 总结采用小腿外侧皮瓣修复跟骨骨折术后皮肤坏死、钢板外露的治疗效果.方法 跟骨骨折术后皮肤坏死、钢板外露采用小腿外侧皮瓣修复35例.结果 皮瓣全部成活,所有病例创面均一期愈合,术后随诊6个月～5年,皮瓣质地良好,小腿功能正常.结论 采用小腿外侧皮瓣修复跟骨骨折术后皮肤坏死、钢板外露,可获得良好的临床效果,是理想的术式之一.

Lateral leg flap in postoperative skin necrosis of calcaneal fracture

Objective To summarize the clinical effects of the treatments of skin necrosis with nickelclad exposure after calcaneal fractures surgery by lateral leg flap. Methods Thirty-five cases of postoperative skin necrosis and nickelclad exposure of calcaneal fractures were repaired by lateral leg flap. Results The flaps was applied successly in 35 cases and followed up from 6 months to 5 years. All cases'wound was primary healing, the texture of the flaps were fine, and the function of the feet was not affected. Conclusion The lateral leg flap is an optimal method for the repair of postoperative skin necrosis and nickelclad expo-sure of calcaneal fractures, which can get satisfactory clinical effects.
