环孢素和他克莫司对肾移植患者自测健康的影响比较

目的:比较环孢素、他克莫司对肾移植患者自测健康的影响。方法:将以环孢素或他克莫司为主要免疫抑制剂治疗的228例门诊肾移植患者分成环孢素组和他克莫司组,应用自测健康评定量表进行调查。结果:肾移植术后3～6mo,他克莫司组的心理健康和社会健康得分比环孢素组高,有显著性差异(P<0.05),在生理健康上无显著性差异;肾移植术后3mo内和6mo后,2组在生理、心理、社会健康上无显著性差异。结论:环孢素、他克莫司对肾移植患者生理健康的影响无差异,服用他克莫司肾移植患者有较高的心理健康和社会健康得分。

Comparison of the Effects Between Cyclosporine and Tacrolimus on Self- rated Health in Patients Receiving Renal Transplantation

OBJECTIVE:To evaluate the effects of cyclosporine and tacrolimus on self-rated health in patients receiving renal transplantation.METHODS:228 kidney transplantation outpatients receiving cyclosporine or tacrolimus were assessed wi-th Self-rated Health Measurement Scale.RESULTS:Patients in tacrolimus group achieved higher scores than in cyclosporine group in mental health and social health 3～6mo after renal transplantation,and significant difference was noted(P<0.05),while there was no significant difference in physiological health.There was no significant difference between 2 groups in physiological,psychological and social health within 3 months or 6 months after operation.CONCLUSION:Cyclosporine and Tacrolimus had no significant difference as for their effects on physiological health in renal transplantation patients,while renal transplantation patients receiving tacrolimus therapy achieved higher scores in mental health and social health.
