口腔颌面部平滑肉瘤临床和治疗（附10例报道）

平滑肌肉瘤发生于口腔颌面部极为罕见。颌骨是常见发病部位,常见年龄３０－４０岁,无明显性别差异,临床上多表现为境界清楚固定的无痛性肿块,病程可长可短,常易误诊为良性肿瘤或牙周疾患;确诊依靠病理检查和免疫组化检查。治疗首选局部扩大切除,放、化疗不敏感;仅行剜除易局部复发及远处转移。3年、5年生存率尚不清楚。

The clinic feature and therapy of leiomyosarcoma in the oral and maxillofacial region

Leiomyosarcoma(LMS) is a malignant neoplasm of smooth muscle origin that manifests itself uncommonly in the oral and maxillofacial region.The jawbones have been the most prevalent location for this tumor.Oral LMS seems to affect both genders equally.The ages of these patients range from any years,most of 30 to 40 years.These tumors are usually appeared as a painless,well-circumscribed mass,firmlyadherent to the surrounding tissue.Microscopic examination plus the use of immunohistochemical staining are used for the final diagnosis of oral LMS.Surgery resection with a margin of normal tissue is the preferred treatment for superficial and peripheral LMS.Patients with LMS generally show little objective response to radiation or systemic chemotherapy.Local recurrence and cervical and lung metsatasis are easy after extirpation.It is no report on a survival rate in 3 and 5 years.
