补黄丹对乙酸致小鼠溃疡性结肠炎的治疗作用

目的 观察补黄丹对乙酸诱发小鼠溃疡性结肠炎模型的治疗作用.方法 采用乙酸灌肠诱发小鼠溃疡性结肠炎模型.小鼠随机分为正常对照组、模型对照组、柳氮磺吡啶组及补黄丹高、中、低剂量（225,180,144mg/kg）组,比较各组小鼠的疾病活动指数（DAI）、外周血白细胞总数（TWBC）、白细胞分类、结肠长度、肠质量指数、结肠溃疡及炎症评分、结肠组织匀浆丙二醛（MDA）、超氧化歧化酶（SOD）及结肠组织病理学变化.结果 与模型对照组相比,补黄丹能降低溃疡性结肠炎小鼠DAI、TWBC、中性粒细胞百分比、肠质量指数、结肠组织MDA,而结肠组织SOD、结肠长度有所恢复,结肠组织病理改变明显减轻.结论 补黄丹对小鼠溃疡性结肠炎有良好的治疗作用.

Therapeutic Effect of "Bu-Huang-Dan" on Acetic Acid-Induced Ulcerative Colitis in Mice

Objective To investigate the therapeutic effect of "Bu-Huang-Dan"(BHD)on the acetic acid-induced ulcerative colitis(UC) in mice.Methods Colitis was induced by intracolonic administration of acetic acid.Mice were divided into six groups randomly: normal group,acetic acid control group,sulfasalazine control group,and large,medium and low dosage(225,180 and 144 mg/kg) BHD treated groups.The disease activity index(DAI),total white blood cells(TWBC) in peripheral blood,the percentage of neutrophil,colon length,intestional weight index, macroscopic scoring of colonic damage,activities of supereroxide dismutase(SOD) and maleic dialdehyde(MDA) in colonic tissues and histopathological examination were performed to determine the effect of BHD.Results Compared with the acetic acid contronl group,DAI and TWBC in peripheral blood,the percentage of neutrophil,intestional weight index and MDA in colonic tissues was significant decreased and SOD in colonic tissues,colon length significant increased in BHD treated groups.BHD also attenuated the histopathologic changes in experimental ulcerative colitis in mice.Conclusion BHD has good treating effect on ulcerative colitis in mice model.
