| 摘 要： | 目的探讨挫伤性前房积血继发青光眼的治疗方法。方法对67眼挫伤性前房积血继发青光眼采取双眼包扎、半卧位、限制活动及止血剂、抗炎、降眼压药物应用等保守治疗。对保守治疗未愈的46眼采取手术治疗。结果67眼经保守治疗21眼（31．34％）治愈。手术治疗的46眼中32眼（69．57％）治愈，13眼（28．26％）好转，1眼（2．17％）无效。结论挫伤性前房积血继发青光眼药物治疗无效者及时采用手术治疗效果良好。

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the methods and opportunity of secondary glaucoma because of traumatic hyphema.Methods 67 cases of secondary glaucoma because of traumatic hyphema were applied covering both eyes,semi-reclining position,restrainting action,stypticum,anti-inflammatory and agents of decreasing IOP etc.46 patients who did not recover by non-surgical treatment were operated properly.Results 21 recovered by non-surgical treatment.In the 46 eyes of operation,32 patients(47.76%) recovered,and 13 patients(19.40%) improvecd.Conclusion The complex treatment of secondary glaucoma because of traumatic hyphema has a good effect. |
