基于全球专利视角下的中药护肤品相关研究的可视化分析

目的 随着人们生活质量的提升，消费者对护肤品的绿色、安全格外重视，中药肤品处于快速发展期，从全球专利视角对中药护肤品相关研究进行可视化分析。方法 利用Orbit数据库，以中药护肤品为检索主题，透过专利文献公开的内容，对中药护肤品的技术发展情况进行详细分析。其中，着重对近5年中药护肤品相关专利申请的国家（地区）分布、时间以及主要申请人分布进行分析，并且对技术进行分支、聚类分析。结果 目前中药护肤品技术正处于发展活跃期，尤其在近年中药护肤品技术处于高速发展状态。从技术分布来看，中药护肤品近5年专利申请国家（地区）主要为中国，且中国的中药护肤品技术发展最为稳定，近5年在这一技术领域中国专利申请人处于绝对优势地位。技术构成显示，有机精细化学是中药护肤品的重点领域之一，且制药、食品化学及基础材料化学是重点技术领域。聚类分析发现，护理皮肤的制剂与化妆品或类似的梳妆用配制品为热点聚类。结论 中药护肤品正处于专利生命周期的高速稳定发展期，相关产品市场前景广阔，频现研发创新点，可通过推动多元重点技术的交互融合、补充技术空白、紧跟市场潮流进行技术创新及产品优化，推动中药护肤品的发展，为中医药技术多元化发展提供新的立足点。

Visual analysis of related research on traditional Chinese medicine skin care products based on global patents perspective

Objective With the improvement of people''s lifequality, consumers pay extra attention to the greenness and safety of skin care products, and traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) skin care products are in a period of rapid development, visualizing and analyzing the research related to herbal skin care products from a global patent perspective. Methods The Orbit database was used to conduct a detailed analysis of the technological development of TCM skin care products through the contents published in patent literature, taking TCM skin care products as the retrieval subject. Among them, the analysis focused on the countries or regionsdistribution, application time and main applicantsdistribution of patent applications related to traditional Chinese medicine skin care productsin the past five years, and carried out branch and cluster analysis on the technology. Results At present, TCM skin care product technology was in an active development stage, especially in recent years, Chinese medicine skin care technology was in a high-speed development state. From the viewpoint of technology distribution, the countries (regions) with nearly five years patent applications for TCM skin care products was mainly China. The technological development of TCM skin care products in China was the most stable, with Chinese applicants in an absolute predominance in this technological area for nearly five years. The technological composition reveals that organic fine chemistry was one of the key areas of TCM skin care products, and pharmaceutical, food chemistry, and basic materials chemistry were key technological areas. Cluster analysis found that formulations of cared for skin clustered as hot spots with cosmetic or similar cosmetic preparations. Conclusion TCM skin care products are in the rapid and stable development of patents life cycle. The market prospect of relevant products is broad, and innovation points of research and development are frequently found. It can promote the development of TCM skin care products and provide a new foothold for the diversified development of TCM technology by promoting the interaction and integration of multiple key technologies, supplementing technological gaps, keeping up with the market trend to carry out technological innovation and product optimization.
