| 摘 要： | 缺血性和出血性卒中脑血管疾病是全球致残和死亡的主要原因之一。睡眠障碍不仅影响患者功能恢复，且降低日常活动能力及生活质量。目前有充分证据表明，识别和处理睡眠障碍应该是卒中一级和二级预防的重要部分。本文就近年来有关睡眠障碍和卒中相关性研究作一综述。

| Abstract: | Cerebrovascular disease encompassing both ischemic and hemorrhagic strokes are among the leading causes of disability and mortality globally.Sleep disorders not only affect the functional recovery of patients,but also reduce the ability of daily activities and quality of life.The current evidence strongly suggests that identifying and addressing sleep disorders should be a part of both primary and secondary stroke prevention.This artic reviewed some studies about the relationship between sleep and stroke for these recently years. |
