| 摘 要： | 为顺应国家及北京市医改方向,北京大学肿瘤医院在医疗合作方面进行了诸多有益探索。介绍北京大学肿瘤医院医疗合作管理的实践做法,分析2016—2019年期间医院医疗合作开展情况及管理效果,探讨医疗合作中存在的风险与应对之策,为公立医院管理者提供借鉴参考。

| Abstract: | Under the direction of national and Beijing medical reform,Peking University Cancer Hospital has carried out many beneficial explorations in medical cooperation.The paper introduces the practice of medical cooperation management of Peking University Cancer Hospital,analyzes the development and management effect of hospital medical cooperation from 2016 to 2019,discusses the risks and countermeasures in medical cooperation,and provides reference for public hospital managers. |
