| 摘 要： | 阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合征和支气管哮喘是常见的慢性呼吸系统疾病。近年来研究结果显示，两者共同的危险因素和复杂的交互作用，会使一种疾病影响另一种疾病的发生、发展，并形成恶性循环，严重影响患者的生活质量和预后。本文主要对两者的流行病学、危险因素、相互影响、临床特征和治疗方面的研究进展进行综述。

| Abstract: | Obstructive sleep apnea hypopnea syndrome and bronchial asthma are common chronic respiratory diseases.In recent years,studies have shown that the common risk factors and complex interactions of these diseases can make one disease to affect the occurrence and development of the other,and form a vicious circle,which seriously affecting the quality of life and prognosis of patients.In this paper,the epidemiological,risk factors,mutual influence,clinical characteristics and treatment of the two diseases are mainly reviewed. |
