Expression and clinical significance of serum TK1,VEGF,CA19-9 and SMRP in patients with epithelial ovarian cancer

Objective To investigate the expression and clinical significance of serum TK1,VEGF,CA19-9 and SMRP in patients with epithelial ovarian cancer. Methods A total of 80 patients with epithelial ovarian cancer admitted to our hospital from March 2017 to December 2018 were selected as group A. Another 86 patients with benign ovarian tumors admitted to our hospital were included in group B. During the same period,70 healthy women were selected for the control group. Three groups of serum TK1,VEGF and SMRP were determined by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay,and serum CA19-9 expression was determined by chemiluminescence immunoassay. The relationship between serum TK1,VEGF,CA19-9,SMRP expression and clinicopathological features of epithelial ovarian cancer was observed. Results The expressions of serum TK1,VEGF,CA19-9 and SMRP in group A and group B were higher than those in the control group,and the study group A was higher than study group B,with the differences statistically significant(P < 0. 05). There was correlation between serum TK1 expression and clinical FIGO stage,tissue differentiation degree and lymph node metastasis in patients with epithelial ovarian cancer,with the differences statistically significant(P < 0. 05). There was correlation between serum VEGF and CA19-9 expression and clinical FIGO stage and lymph node metastasis in patients with epithelial ovarian cancer,with the differences statistically significant(P < 0. 05). Serum SMRP expression was closely related to pathological type,clinical FIGO stage and lymph node metastasis of epithelial ovarian cancer,with the differences statistically significant(P < 0. 05). Conclusion The expression of serum TK1,VEGF,CA19-9 and SMRP is abnormally increased in patients with epithelial ovarian cancer. The expression of serum levels and the clinicopathological features of epithelial ovarian cancer are correlated. TK1,VEGF,CA19-9 and SMRP are detected. Combined detection of TK1,VEGF,CA19-9 and SMRP expression is beneficial to clinical evaluation of epithelial ovarian cancer.
