白介素-13、白介素-18和肿瘤坏死因子-α血清浓度的变化在支气管哮喘发病中的作用

目的探讨白介素-13(IL-13)、白介素-18(IL-18)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)在支气管哮喘发病机制中的作用。方法用酶联免疫吸附法(ELISA)测定48例支气管哮喘急性发作期治疗前后患者和40例健康对照者的血清IL-13、IL-18、TNF-α的浓度。结果(1)支气管哮喘急性发作期患者的血清IL-13、IL-18、TNF-α浓度显著高于正常对照组;(2)支气管哮喘患者急性发作期经肾上腺糖皮质激素等治疗病情缓解后IL-18、TNF-α血清浓度比较有显著性意义。结论支气管哮喘急性发作期患者的血清IL-13、IL-18、TNF-α的浓度高于健康对照组。急性发作期支气管哮喘患者经治疗病情缓解前后上述细胞因子浓度比较差异有显著性意义,提示IL-13、IL-18、TNF-α3种细胞因子参与支气管哮喘发病的免疫病理机制。

The Effect of the Changes of Interleukin-13,Interleukin-18 and TNF-α Levels on Potential Implication in Patients with Asthma

Objective To discuss the potential implication of Interleukin-13,Interleukin-18 and TNF-α on the development of asthma.Methods 48 patients with asthma and 40 normal individuals were recruited into the study.The plasma levels of IL-13,IL-18 and TNF-α were assayed by the ELISA procedures.Results(1)The serum levels of IL-13,18 and TNFα were significantly increased in the patients with asthma at the acute(P<0.01) stage compared with healthy controls.(2)The serum concentration of IL-18 and TNF-α changed significantly after treatment with glucocorticoid in patients with acute asthma.Conclusion The serum concentrations of IL-13,IL-18 and TNF-α were significantly higher in patients with acute asthma than the healthy control group.The alterations of the serum IL-13,IL-18 and TNF-α levels after treatment with glucocorticoid in patients with acute asthma showed significant implications.It suggested that cytokines of IL-13,18 and TNF-α have important roles in immune-pathogenesis of asthma.
