摘    要:目的 探讨茶色素对卒中易感型自发性高血压大鼠血脂和高血压靶器官结构的影响。方法 治疗组大鼠用大剂量茶色素 6 0 0mg/(kg·d) ]或小剂量茶色素 3 0 0mg/(kg·d) ]灌胃 ,对照组用同体积 1%盐水灌胃。每 2周进行一次尾动脉血压测量。实验 8周后 ,进行血脂测定 ,然后断头处死动物 ,观察心、脑、肾结构的变化。结果 茶色素对SHRSP血压和体重无显著影响 ,但它能够显著降低血浆胆固醇和甘油三酯水平 ,升高高密度脂蛋白水平 ;显著降低大鼠心脏和大脑的脏器系数和卒中率 ,显著改善大鼠主动脉、心肌和脑基底动脉的结构。结论 茶色素能够减缓SHRSP高血压的发展过程。

Abstract:Objective To study the effects of tea pigment on blood lipid and the structure of heart,brain and kidney in stroke prone spontaneously hypertensive rats(SHRSP).Method In the treatment groups,the rats were given large dose600mg/(kg·day)] or small dose300mg/(kg·day)] tea pigment through gastric lavage,and in the control group,same volume of 1% saline.Tail artery blood pressure was determined biweekly.All lasted for 8 weeks.After measured the fasting blood lipid,the rats were autopsied for observing the structure of heart,brain and kidney.Results It was found that the rats systolic blood pressure and body weight had no significant differences among three groups;the level of plasma cholesterol,triglyceride were significantly lower and the level of HDL C was significantly higher,and the coefficient of heart,brain was significantly decreased in the group of either large or small dose group than in the control group.The stroke ratio was significantly decreased in intervene groups than that in control group.The structure of aorta,myocardium and brain basilar artery was markedly improved in intervene groups.Conclusions Tea pigment can attenuate the development of hypertension in SHRSPs.
