健脑益智胶囊水提部位精制工艺研究

摘    要:目的考察健脑益智胶囊水提部位的醇沉工艺条件。方法以药液浓度、醇沉浓度和醇沉时间为考察因素,采用Box-Behnken中心组合试验设计,响应面分析法,以葛根素转移率为评价指标,确定醇沉的最佳工艺条件。结果最佳工艺条件为:药液浓度为0.72 g/mL,醇沉浓度为60%,醇沉时间为36 h,葛根素转移率可达到99%以上。结论采用醇沉工艺精制健脑益智胶囊水提液部分,具有较好的可行性和有效性,可节约成本并提高产品质量。

Study on Water Extraction of Refining Jiannao Yizhi Capsule

Abstract:Objective to investigate the Jiannao Yizhi capsules water extract alcohol precipitation process. Method for liquid concentration,the concentration of alcohol precipitation and precipitation time as factors,the combination test design of Box- Behnken center,the method of response surface analysis,the transfer rate of Puerarin as index,the optimum process conditions were determined and alcohol precipitation. Results the optimum conditions: the concentration of0. 72 g /mL,alcohol concentration of 60%,ethanol precipitation time 36 h,puerarin transfer rate can reach above 99%.Conclusion the sinking process of refining Jiannao Yizhi capsules water extract by alcohol,and is feasible and effective,and can save cost and improve product quality.
