| 摘 要： | 目的分别测定妇科分清丸、黄连上清丸和芎菊上清片中栀子苷和西红花苷-1的含量。方法以前期分离的栀子苷和西红花苷-1为对照品,采用超高效液相色谱法（UPLC）对3家中药厂生产的含栀子的中成药中栀子苷和西红花苷-1的含量进行测定。结果 UPLC法准确度和精密度高,方法稳定,3种中成药中栀子苷含量为0.19%-0.47%,而西红花苷-1含量在0.014%-0.56%。结论所建方法准确、简便、快速,可用于以上3种中成药中栀子苷和西红花苷-1的含量控制方法。

| Abstract: | Objective To determine geniposide and crocin-1 concentration in Fukefenqing Wan,Huanglianshangqing Wan and Qiongjushangqing Pian. Methods Pure geniposide and crocin-1 were used as standards for UPLC determination of samples and geniposide and crocin-1 concentration in three medications were measured.Results Accuracy,precision and stability of this method were high with the geniposide and crocin-1 determination rate of 0. 19%-0. 47% and 0. 014%-0. 56% in three medications. Conclusion This method is precise,time-saving,stable and suitable for geniposide and crocin-1 determination in three medications. |
