不同方法研究第一、第二磨牙的根管解剖形态

目的研究第一、第二磨牙根管解剖特点,为提高根管治疗的效果提供解剖学根据。方法采用肉眼、放大镜、牙科显微镜和透明牙标本观察四种方法,研究第一、第二磨牙的根管解剖特点。结果①经χ2检验,肉眼与放大倍数下对上颌第一磨牙近中颊侧第二根管（MB2）的检出率在统计学上有显著性差异（P〈0.05）。②152颗离体牙中,上颌第一磨牙64.91%存在MB2,下颌第二磨牙21.21%为＂C＂形根管。70.83%～77.55%的根尖孔为侧向开口。结论熟知第一、第二磨牙根管解剖特点对根管治疗的临床操作有指导意义。

Root canal anatomy morphological studies of the first molars and the second molars by different methods

Objective To do a series studies about root canal anatomy characteristics of these teeth and make some comparison. To provide some directions and reference for dentists to improve the effects of root canal therapy. Methods The first and second molars＇ root canal anatomy was observed under naked eye, magnifying glass, dental microscope, and a clearing technique was used. Results There was discrepancy on statistics between the naked eye group and the magnifying group in finding the second mesial buccal root canal （MB2） of maxillary （ P 〈 0.05 ） by Chi - square （χ^2 ） test. Among 152 teeth, 64.91% of the maxillary first molars had MB2,21.21% of the mandibular second molars had a C - shaped canal system. 70.83% -77.55% of the apical foramens were located at lateral direction. Conclusion Knowing about the root canal anatomy of the first and the second molar could be helpful in root canal therapy.
