摘    要:
BALb/c小鼠66只、Wistar大鼠38只、豚鼠10只和家兔6只分别给予皮下注射醋酸可的松,每周2只.连续给药3周后开始用金胺—酚染色、改良耐酸染色和沙黄—美蓝染色法检查动物粪便中隐孢子虫卵囊.小鼠隐孢子虫卵囊阳性率为71.21%(47/66);大鼠则为34.21%(13/38).小鼠粪便中卵囊数量明显多于大鼠.小鼠粪便中隐孢子虫卵囊可分为大型囊(7.47μ×5.90μ)和小型囊(4.6μ×4.33μ)两种.豚鼠与家兔均未能检出隐孢子虫卵囊.小鼠口服或皮下注射地塞米松均未能诱发隐孢子虫感染.提示小鼠皮下注射醋酸可的松可能是一种较好的建立隐孢子虫感染动物模型的方法

Abstract:
66 BALb/c mice,38 Wistar rats, 10 guinea-pigs and 6 rabbits were injected by hydrocortisone acetate subcutaneously twice a week, respectively. Their feces were examined for Cryptosporidium oocysts by auramine-phenol stain,modified fast-acid stain and safranin-methylene stain simultaneously.The Cryptosporidium oocyst positive rate in the immunosuppressive mice was 71.21%(47/66), but in the immunosuppressive rats the positive rate was 34.21%(13/ 38) only. The Cryptosporidium oocysts in the mice were divided intc two types: the large type oocysts were 7.47μm X 5.90μm and the small type oocysts were 4.61μm X 4,33μm. The Cryptosporidium oocyst was not found in the feces from guinea pigs or rabbits. No oocysts were found in the feces from the mice injected subcutaneously or gaven orally by dexamethasone.This result suggested that the immunosuppressive mice injected by hydrocorti-sone acetate subcutaneously may be a useful animal model for studying Cryptospo-ridiosis
