陶道透身柱治疗睑腺炎120例临床观察

目的 观察陶道透身柱治疗睑腺炎的临床疗效。方法 将120例睑腺炎患者分为治疗组60例，采用沿皮透刺法；对照组60例，口服无味红霉素片，同时热敷局部，连续治疗3日后进行观察比较。结果 治疗组痊愈率、有效率分别为91．6％和96．7％，明显优于对照组的63．3％和85％，组间比较差异有非常显著性和显著性意义。结论 陶道透身柱透刺疗法治疗麦粒肿疗效确切。

Clinical observations on treatment of 120 hordeolum patients with Taodao-through-Shenzhu acupuncture

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of Taodao-through-Shenzhu acupuncture for treating hordeolum. Methods One hundred and twenty hordeolum patients were randomly divided into a treatment group of 60 cases receiving along-skin penetrating acupuncture and a control group of 60 cases receiving oral administration of erythromycin estolate tablet plus local compress. The effects were compared after 3 consecutive days treatment. Results The cure rate and effective rate were 91.6% and 96.7%, respectively, in the treatment group, which were significantly higher than 63.3% and 85%, respectively, in the control group. There were very significant and significant differences between the groups. Conclusion Taodao-through-Shenzhu acupuncture has an exact effect on hordeolum.
