摘    要:目的 探讨组织多普勒超声在家兔心脏疾病模型中应用的可行性.方法 对10只家兔扫查心尖四腔切面,峰值速度及应交率的测量位置取室间隔及左室侧壁的基底部、中部及心尖部进行分析测量.测量每一曲线上的收缩波Vs及SRs、舒张早期充盈波Ve及SRe、舒张晚期充盈波Va及SRa.结果 左室侧壁与室间隔的基底部、中部及心尖部运动峰值速度比较差异无统计学意义;基底部、中部及心尖部比较,基底部>中部>心尖部.室间隔的基底部、中部及心尖部运动峰值应变率与左室侧壁相近,差异无统计学意义.基底部、中部及心尖部比较,基底部>中部和心尖部,中部和心尖部的峰值应变率差异无统计学意义.结论 应用多普勒组织成像技术及应变率成像技术在家兔模仿的心脏疾病模型中评价室壁运动是可行的.

Abstract:Objective To assess the feasibility of tissue Doppler imaging in heart diseases with rabbits.Methods In ten normal rabbits,apical four chamber view was acquird,peak velocities and peak strain rate were measuird within the basal,mid and apical parts of the interventricular septum and left free ventricular wall,the peak velocities and peak strain rate included peak sustained systolic velocity(Vs)and strain rate(SRs),peak early diastolic velocity(Ve)and strain rate(SRe).peak late diastolic velocity(Vs)and strain rate(SRa).Results The peak velocities of the left ventricle and interventricular septum had no difference.The peak velocities within basal parts were higher than those within mid parts,and the peak velocities within mid parts were higher than those within apical parts.The peak strain rates of the left ventricle and interventricular septum had no difference.The peak strain rates within basal parts were higher than those within mid parts and apical parts.The peak strain rates within mid parts and apical parts had no difference.Conclusions Assessment of left ventricular wall motion by Doppler tissue velocity and strain rate in rabbits with heart diseases is feasible.
