| 摘 要： | 霍乱弧菌快速、准确的检定是控制霍乱流行的重要手段。本研究建立了ｃｔｘＡ－ＰＣＲ快速检测鉴定方法，并用于新疆霍乱弧菌Ｏ１３９腹泻暴发的病人诊断和环境水体的污染状况评价，取得了较理想的效果。该方法灵敏度高、特异性好、被扩增样品中含４个以上活菌细胞即可检出，为霍乱防治和分子流行病学研究提供了又一有效手段。

| Abstract: | Rapid detection and identification of the pathogen are the key measures for cholera control and prevention. In this study,a method of ctxA-PCR was established and was used to diagnose the patients in the outbreak of O139 cholera occured in Xinjing, China,and also be used to evaluate the environmental water in the epidemic area. The results showed that this method was efficient to identify the strains possessing ctxA gene,and was very sensitive and specific. This method would be very useful for the disease control and molecular epidemiological study of cholera. |
