| 摘 要： | 对确诊的ASC、CPH和CAH病人(共计86例)检测IgE与T细胞亚群及其它免疫球蛋白。结果表明,IgE和IgG明显升高,二者均与CD_4/CD_3比值呈负相关,IgE较其它免疫球蛋白能更灵敏地反映肝脏损害程度。

| Abstract: | The relationship between serum 5kinds of immunoglobulins and Tlym-phocyte subsets, especially IgE and the subsets, was studied on diagnosedpatients with chronich epatitis B(27 cases in ASC, 31 cases in CPH, 28 casesin CAH) .The results showed that CD_3~(+) cells and CD_4~(+) cells decreased (P<0.05, P<0.01). CD_8~(+) cells increased in ASC(P<0.05), in CAH and CPHmuch more (P<0.01). CD_4/CD_8 ratios decreased (P<0.01). IgE and IgGincreased remarkably (P<0.01) and inverse correlations between IgE,IgG and the ratios were found. IgA and IgM showed few changes. Thedropping trends were found in IgD. The results demonstrate that IgEcan be more useful and sensitive than the other immunoglobulins to in-dicate degrees of hepatocyte injury and disturbances of the ratios. |
