冬虫夏草对小鼠生殖功能及睾丸形态影响的实验观察

摘    要:目的观察冬虫夏草对小鼠生殖功能及睾丸形态的影响。方法用腺嘌呤制备肾阳虚小鼠模型,肾阳虚防治组动物在给腺嘌呤造模同时,喂饲冬虫夏草子实体细粉,观察雄性小鼠睾丸形态及配对雌鼠阴道阴栓出现率、受孕率、受孕时间、受孕雌鼠生育的仔鼠数和仔鼠平均体重。结果显示肾阳虚雄性小鼠的生殖功能明显受到抑制,而肾阳虚防治组小鼠睾丸形态明显改善,其配对雌鼠受孕时间有提前趋势,产出的仔鼠数和仔鼠平均体重明显高于肾阳虚模型组。结论冬虫夏草能改善腺嘌呤对小鼠生殖功能的抑制,具有提高性欲和生育作用。

Abstract:Objective The experiment was to observe the effects of cordyceps sinensis on reproduction and testis morphology in mice. Methods The deficiency of kidney-yang model of male mouse was produced with adenine. The deficiency of kidney-yang mice were treated with cordyceps sinensis at the same time producing the model. The indexes about testis morphology in male mice, and appearing rate of vagina embolus, time and rate of being pregnant in matched female mice as well as numbers and average body weight of newborn mice born by these female mice were observed. Results There was an inhibition of reproduction in deficiency of kidney-yang male mice induced by adenine and their matched female mice. The mice treated with cordyceps sinensis which received adenine at the same time showed that their testis morphology was improved, the rate and time of being pregnant for their matched female were in advance, and the numbers and average body weight of newborn mice were increased. Conclusion The results suggest that cordyceps sinensis could improve the function of reproduction and testis morphology in yang vacuity of kidney mice induced by adenine.
