| 摘 要： | 目的观察新型腺苷类化合物心先安治疗病态窦房结综合征的l临床价值。方法选择34例病窦综合征患者，给予心先安120mg＋5％葡萄糖注射液250ml静脉应用，每日1次，连用14天，观察治疗前后病人自觉症状及心率的改善情况。结果显效24例，有效6例，无效4例，总有效率为89．8％。结论心先安疗效确切，副作用小，安全范围大，值得在临床上选择使用。

| Abstract: | Objective To observe the clinical value of the treatment for Sick Sinus Syndrome with Meglumine Adenodine Cyclophosphate. Methods Teated 34 cases with 5%GS+ Meglumine Adenodine Cyclophosphate120mg ivdrip once a day. After 14 days compared the effect after and before the treatment.Results The total effect rate was 89.8%. Conclusion The effet of treatment with Meglumine Adenodine Cyclophosphate is positive,be worth selecting and appling. |
