探讨彭氏眼针的理论渊源

目的:为了追逆溯彭氏眼针的理论渊源,明确眼针定位分区方案。方法:研究"五轮八廓"学说的发展,系统对中医古代文献进行梳理,理清五轮八廓学说的学术源流,对眼针的理论来源进行剖析,对理论基础方面加以阐述,不断完善眼针理论的基础。查阅大量古代文献,发现眼与脏腑的密切联系,通过白睛的络脉颜色、形态改变来反应脏腑的疾病变化。彭老根据眼与脏腑的关系,联系八廓理论及其关系,并经过大量临床实践,从观眼识病、眼诊病、眼针疗法3个阶段而创立眼针疗法,从而明确眼针疗法的八向八线定八区的方案。结论:彭老通过眼的白睛脉络变化能反应脏腑的疾病,联系五轮八廓学说而创立眼针分区,经过不断研究发展,明确眼针疗法的八向八线定八区的方案,从而针刺眼周八区十三穴调整脏腑、治疗各种疾病。

Discussing about the Origin Theory of Peng's Eye-Acupuncture
