177例脑囊虫病误诊原因分析

目的了解脑囊虫病的误诊原因,减少误诊率,提高诊断率及治疗效果。方法通过回顾性病例分析,从鉴别诊断学方面对脑囊虫病的误诊原因进行了分析。结果177例误诊病例中脑囊虫病误诊为其他疾病者132例(74.58%),其他脑部疾病误诊为脑囊虫病者45例(25.42%),其中脑肿瘤与脑囊虫病相互误诊病例达43例(24.29%);小脓肿型脑囊虫病误诊率最高,误诊病例为63例(35.59%)。结论对脑囊虫病缺乏足够的认识,忽视了对流行病学资料的分析;对脑部症状未作详细的鉴别诊断;缺乏特殊的检查条件是误诊的主要原因。

Misdiagnostic analysis of 177 cases of cerebral cysticercosis

Objective To study the diagnostic errors reason of cerebral cysticercosis, to reduce the diagnostic errors rate as well as to improve the diagnostic rate and the effect of treatment. Methods Through reviewing analyze the cases, we study the diagnostic errors reason of cerebral cysticercosis from the aspects of the differenticial diagnosis. Results There were 132/177(74.58%) cases of cerebral cysticercosis faulty diagnose the other diseases of brain, 45/177 (25.42%) cases of the other diseases of brain faulty diagnose the cerebral cysticercosis among them, mutual diagnostic errors rate of cerebral tumours and cerebral cysticercosis was the highest, mutual diagnostic errors were 43 cases(24.29%). The cases of small abscess type cerebral cysticercosis were highest error diagnosed, there were 63 (35.59%) diagnostic errors cases. Conclusion Being short of enough recognizes on cerebral cysticercosis; not doing detailed differenticial diagnosis about brain symptomes and lacking especial capitulation of examination are the important reasons of diagnostic errors.
