| 摘 要： | 总结１３例老年人涎腺粘液表皮样癌的临床治疗,分析其误诊原因,方法对病例的临床表现,肿瘤好发部位,手术治疗及病理分型情况进行回顾性分析。结果术前误诊为混合瘤首次单纯局部切除手术９例,而行再次根治术。结论ＭＥＧ与涎腺混合瘤极其相似,术前误诊率高,应引起临床医师的高度重视 。 |

| Abstract: | Summerige the clinical treatment of 13 elderly patients with mucoepidermoid carcinoma(MEC) of salivary gland and analysed the causes of misdiagnosis.Methods Reviewed the clinical appearances,tumor sites operating treatment and the pathologic types.Results High preoperative misdiagnosis,rates were similar between MEC and mixed tumor of sulivary gland.Conclusion Preoperative MEC misdignosis makes the poor the investigation of the salivary gland fumor prognosis thererfore must be cautious. |
