浆细胞性乳腺炎的外科治疗

目的：总结浆细胞性乳腺炎临床诊断及手术治疗的经验。方法：对经病理确诊的121例浆细胞性乳腺炎的术前诊断及手术等进行分析。结果：术前诊断为乳腺癌45例、导管内乳头状瘤22例、纤维腺瘤28例、炎性包块8例、浆细胞性乳腺炎18例。误诊率85．1％。32例行单纯乳房切除术，32例行乳腺区段切除术，49例行局部包块切除术，3例行乳癌根治术，5例行单纯乳房切除加腋窝淋巴结清扫术。结论：本病术前极易误诊，术中应行冰冻切片检查确诊。手术是本病惟一有效的治疗方法。

Surgical treatment of plasmocytic mammitis

Objective:To summarize the experience on clinical diagnosis and surgi cal treatment of plasmocytic mammitis. Methods: The p reoperational diagnoses and operations of 121 cases of plasmocytic mammitis were analyzed. R esults: 45 case s were misdiagnosed as mammary carcinoma, 22 cases as intraductal papilloma, 28 cases as fibroma and 8 cases as inflammatory mass. Only 18 cases were diagnosed as plasmocytic mammitis. The misdiagnosis rate was 85.1%. Of 121 case studied, 3 2 cases were treated with simple mastectomy, 32 with segmental mastectomy, 49 wi t h mass resection, 3 with radical mastectomy, and 5 with simple mastectomy and ly mphoidectomy. Conclusion:Plasmocytic mammitis may be easily misdiagnosed. Cryos tat pathology in the operation should be applied to obtain the correct dignosis. Surgical operation is the only choice for this disease.
