HBV主蛋白、HCV-CE2真核细胞表达质粒在小鼠肌细胞内的共表达

目的:比较真核细胞表达质粒混合与单独接种对各自表达的影响。方法:在小鼠肌组织内单独或混合接种编码HBV主蛋白、HCV-CE2抗原的两种真核细胞表达质粒,取不同时间肌组织进行免疫组化检测,进行比较分析。结果:混合接种后相应蛋白均能够表达,但表达强度及持续时间明显不及单独免疫。结论:两种真核表达质粒可以在小鼠肌细胞内表达,但其程度较弱,可能与相对较弱的体液免疫应答有关。

Eukaryotic Expression Plasmids Encoded HBV-s and HCV-CE2 Co-Expressed in Mice Muscle Cells

Objective: To study the magnitude and strength of expression after a mixed eukaryotic expression plas-mids encoded HBV-S and HCV -CE2 were inoculated into BALB/c mice muscle cells. Method: BALB/c mice musculature were singly or mixed inoculated with HBV-S and HCV-CE2 plasmids, the magnitude and strength of expression in muscle cells was compared between the two kinds of plasmids separately and combined use by immunohistochemistry assay, a-long with the interaction of the two plasmids. Results: A mild expression and shorter duration can be observed in mixed inoculated group. Conclusion: The mild expression and shorter duration of both two kinds of plasmids in mice muscle cells were observed and maybe related with the weakly humoral response of mice.
