输卵管妊娠临床诊断与治疗进展

临床上由于各种监到手段的不断提高，对于输卵管妊娠HCG定量测定水平和超声及腹腔镜的应用，大约80％的异位妊娠可以在破裂前得到早期诊断和治疗。在早期治疗中倾向于保守，甲氨喋呤(MXT)m^2单次注射总成功率88％。多次注射方案成功率高于单次注射。40％患者采用此种方法，腹腔镜下输卵管线形切开造口术(开窗术)以成为标准的保守性手术，其中(MTX)保守治疗应用广泛，为临床药物治疗异位妊娠创造了良好条件及治疗进展。
