| 摘 要： | ①目的探讨小儿呼吸道异物取出术麻醉方法及围术期有关处理。②方法回顾分析1985-2003年小儿呼吸道异物取出术1156例的麻醉管理方法。③结果麻醉经过平稳，围术期病死率低于0．1％。④结论小儿呼吸道异物取出术选用静脉复合麻醉结合咽喉、气管及支气管表面麻醉是安全、可行的麻醉方法。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the anesthesia of intratracheal foreign body removal in children. Methods Anesthesia methods used in the management of 1 156 cases of intratracheal foreign body removal in children between 1985 and 2003 were retrospectively studied. Results The procedures were successfully carried out with the perioperative mortality of lower than 0.1%. Conclusion Total intravenous anesthesia(TIVA) combined with larynx ,tracheal and bronchial superficial anesthesia is safe and practicable in the management of intratracheal foreign bodies in children. |
