| 摘 要： | 目的优选外伤如意膏的最佳提取工艺。方法采用正交试验法对外伤如意膏组方成分进行考查,以药材主要有效成分为指标,考查溶媒用量、提取次数、提取时间等因素的影响。结果确定了外伤如意膏中紫草,地榆、栀子、大黄组合的最佳提取工艺。结论该工艺合理,稳定可行,可有效保证组方中有效成分的转移率。

| Abstract: | Objective To optimize the extraction technology of Waishangruyi Ointment.Methods The effect of the decoct time,the decoct times and the solvent amount on the chief effective composition in Waishangruyi Ointment were studied by orthogonal design.Results The optimum extraction method of Waishangruyi Ointment was defined.Conclusion This technology is reasonable and practicable,which can assure the effective composition in Waishangruyi Ointment. |
