基于德尔菲法和层次分析法构建医院药师工作满意度量表

目的： 构建医院药师工作满意度量表。方法： 采用文献分析及德尔菲（Delphi）专家函询法相结合，建立医院药师工作满意度指标体系，构建量表，并运用层次分析法确定各级指标的权重。结果： 专家权威系数为0.844，专家的权威程度较高，熟悉程度为0.783，判断系数为0.904，各级指标的肯德尔协调系数分别为0.194~0.300，卡方检验P值均小于0.01，均具有统计学意义，说明专家咨询的协调系数较好。经过四轮函询后，构建了医院药师工作满意度量表，包括7个一级指标，35个二级指标。结论： 采用德尔菲法和层次分析法构建的医院药师工作满意度量表具有较高的权威性和科学性，为调查医院药师工作满意度提供了科学有效的工具。

Construction of hospital pharmacist job satisfaction scale by Delphi method and analytic hierarchy process

OBJECTIVE To establish the hospital pharmacist job satisfaction scale. METHODS Delphi method and analytic hierarchy process(AHP)were employed for establishing the hospital pharmacist job satisfaction scale. RESULTS Judgment coefficient of expert letter inquiry was 0.844,familiarity degree 0.783 and authority coefficient 0.904.The Kendall coordination coefficient of each index was 0.194-0.300.And P value of Chi-square test was all<0.01,statistically significant,and the degree of coordination was excellent for expert consultations.After four rounds of letter inquiry,the index system of hospital pharmacist job satisfaction scale was determined,including 7 first-level and 35 second-level indices. CONCLUSION Constructed by Delphi method and AHP,the index system of hospital pharmacist job satisfaction scale offers a high level of authority and science.It provides a scientific and efficient surveying tool for hospital pharmacist job satisfaction.
