导引手法综合治疗对青少年特发性脊柱侧凸症肺功能的影响

目的:观察导引手法综合治疗对青少年特发性脊柱侧凸症(AIS)肺功能的影响。方法:120例AIS患者随机分为对照组30例和治疗组90例。治疗组采用导引手法综合治疗,每个月治疗10次,共治疗6个月;对照组观察随访,不予干预治疗。观察治疗前后肺活量(VC)、第一秒用力呼气容积占用力肺活量的百分比(FEV1/FVC)、每分钟最大通气量(MVV)等肺功能变化。结果:治疗组治疗后与治疗前相比VC、FEV1/FVC和MVV均有显著性改善(P0.01、P0.05和P0.01);而对照组上述指标均无显著性改善;治疗组和对照组治疗后比较,VC和MVV改善均有显著性差异(P0.05)。结论:导引手法综合治疗可显著改善AIS患者肺功能。

Effects of Comprehensive Manipulations on Lung Function of Adolescent Idiopathic Scoliosis

Objective：To observe the effect of comprehensive manipulations on lung function of adolescent idiopathic scoliosis （AIS）. Methods： 120 cases of AIS patients were randomly divided into control group （30 cases） and treatment group （90 cases）. The treatment group were treated by comprehensive manipulations and the control group were not treated. The treatment course was six months. The vital capacity （VC）,ratio of forced expiratory volume in one second （FEV1） and forced vital capacity （FVC） and maximum ventilatory volume （MVV） were observed before and after treatment. Results： The VC,FEV1/FVC and MVV were significantly improved in treatment group before and after treatment （P0.01 or P0.05）; the VC and MVV were improved in treatment group compared with control group after treatment （P0.05）. Conclusion： Comprehensive manipulations can improve lung function of AIS patients.
